Zinia is a senior at Del Norte High School in San Diego, California. Accrediting most of her academic knowledge to the online YouTube videos she has watched since childhood, Zinia has observed that her curiosity, interest, and comprehension of a given topic has substantially increased when taught by students themselves — those who are more approachable in the eye of a young student. Particularly targeting individuals who are unable to attend an in-person education, Zinia hopes to use her Discovator platform to introduce an enthralling way of learning, whether that be for academics or for getting exposed to side pursuits. When she’s not at home, you can find her treating kidney cells in the lab, swimming, or recording a lesson for the thousands of Discovators worldwide.
